My work in Organisational Development explores ways of applying Gestalt principles to Organisational settings. I enjoy and am experienced in working with teams at any stage in their formation and history. I also offer bespoke in house training programmes and consultancy services. I act as Organisational Development consultant at Havant Arts Centre.
In 2004 I founded Lodestone Creative Consultancy, enabling me to incorporate my increasing work within organisations and provide a forum to work in partnership with carefully selected associates.
I have a wide range of experience of work and workplace focused counselling and do extensive work for several Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). I enjoy working with people who are seeking more satisfaction and fulfilment for their work and workplace settings.
I have many years experience of being self employed having started my first business at the age of 12. I see self-employment as an exciting choice for some and an inappropriate option for some others. I enjoy mentoring people through any stage of self-employment from making the decision to work for yourself to maintaining and growing a self employed business.
